Kimel girdles tend to run small. To determine the correct size, we recommend referring to your waist measurement. If you do not have a tape measure to take your measurements, we advise choosing one size larger than your usual size.

You will receive email notifications regarding the current status of your order. Furthermore, once your package is en route, you will receive a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

For orders placed on business days before 2 PM, if the product is in stock, they will be processed on the next business day. According to Bpost, estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for Belgium and 3 to 8 business days for international shipments.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange only. Once we receive your package, we will send you another item in exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To return your item, please contact us via our form at the bottom of the page, specifying your order number and the reason for the return (size, color, defects...).
